Ironwood Real Estate, LLC is a real estate investment, development and consulting firm with a focus on the commercial real estate industry. Founded in May of 2003, the firm seeks to acquire ground-up development and re-development opportunities where its principals can add value by applying expertise in executing permitting & approvals, design, leasing, finance and construction.

The Company has historically focused on the retail segment of the commercial real estate industry, but has a growing portfolio of successful projects in the residential and multi-family asset classes. Ironwood will continue to look for those opportunities where it can add value – in all asset classes of commercial real estate.

Ironwood has earned its reputation as a developer that is able to resolve difficult issues and bring projects to fruition where others have failed – navigating matters related to property assemblage, resolution of physical site-related issues, project design, government entitlements, public and private financing, anchor and multi-tenant leasing issues, complex financing, value-engineering and construction coordination.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate industry and have built our reputation on execution and performance at the highest levels.
