Swede Square

Swede Square is an approximately 135,000 square foot strip center and office building located in a strong suburban market. Anchored by LA Fitness and a Class C office building, the property had significant environmental contamination and was considerably under-performing. Ironwood subdivided and sold the office building, re-tenanted much of the center and then completely renovated and sold the strip center to an institutional buyer in 2003.
